Discount codes

If you have a gift card or discount code, enter its reference number/code in the I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE field in the cart. You can find the DISCOUNT CODE field in the cart at the first stage of order completion. Expand the DISCOUNT CODE field using the symbol: +, enter the reference number/code and add it to use the discount. After the code is confirmed, you will be informed what discount has been included and in what amount.


If your code is not working, check the expiry date. If you have any further problems, please contact us by email: [email protected]


Percentage discounts do not apply when you are purchasing gift cards (paper or virtual).

Loyalty card

Customers who have made purchases for:

  • PLN 1,500 within 12 months, or
  • PLN 3,000 total amount of all purchases
    can join our LOYALTY PROGRAMME.


This condition applies to purchases at our ANIMALKINGDOM workshop in Łódź and our online store www.animalkingdom.pl

The Loyalty Card gives you a 10% discount on non-discounted products, it cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers and does not apply to the purchase of gift cards (paper or virtual).

The discount applies to the person who owns the email address to which the discount account is assigned.

Gift cards

Gift card is available in two variants: paper and virtual.

A virtual gift card is sent by email immediately after it is purchased and the payment is credited to our bank account. You can print it yourself and pack or send it to someone in an electronic version. If you would prefer that the card be sent directly to someone, enter this person’s email address when adding the gift card to your cart. The card is sent in the PDF format. Both messages will be sent when your payment is credited to our bank account. If you pay using Przelewy24 or PayPal, the payment is processed within 15 minutes, while for a standard bank transfer, it takes 1-2 business days to process the payment.
You can add wishes to be shown on the gift card. Enter the wishes in the dedicated field on the product sheet and add it to your cart.

A paper gift card is handwritten by us, packed and sent to the address you have provided within 1 business day (+ delivery time depending on the carrier chosen). You can buy such a card on animalkingdom.pl or at our workshop located at Piotrowska 147/11 in Łódź. You can add wishes to a paper gift card that we will write by hand on a dedicated piece of paper.

A gift card is valid for 12 months since the date of purchase. You can use it on animalkingdom.pl and at our workshop in Łódź.

In order to use a gift card, go to your cart and enter its reference number/code in the I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE field. Detailed instructions can be found in SHOPPING GUIDE -> DISCOUNT CODES

If the amount available on your gift card exceeds the cart total. You can use the remaining funds for your next purchases. A card duplicate will be sent to the email address provided when the card was purchased with its new number and the remaining amount.

Payment methods

Your preferred payment method can be chosen in your cart when finalising the order at the PAYMENT step.

Available payment methods:

  • Pay by bank transfer - after finalising the order, you will receive a message in your inbox that will provide you with payment information: bank transfer details and amount you need to pay. This information will also be available in the order summary after it has been finalised;
  • Pay with PayPal - in order to pay using this method, you need to have a verified account with this service;
  • Pay via Przelewy24 - it allows payments through virtually every transaction service operating in Poland, as well as the BLIK system or by credit card;
  • Payment on collection - this option is available only for orders with personal collection at our Łódź workshop; you can pay by cash or payment card (BLIK payments are not available).


We start processing an order after the payment is credited to our bank account. We wait 7 days (from the date the order is placed) for the payment. After this time, the order is automatically cancelled. This does not apply to orders with the payment on collection option.

SHIPMENT OPTIONS

Your preferred shipment method can be chosen in your cart when finalising the order at the DELIVERY step.

Available shipment methods within Poland are:

          • DHL courier service - the parcel will be delivered to the address you have provided – delivery time: 1-2 business days – PLN 17.90;
          • DHL Parcel ServicePoints - the parcel will be delivered to the service point of your choice – delivery time: 1-3 business days – PLN 13.00;
          • PACZKOMATY - 24h Parcel Pick-up Stations - the parcel will be delivered to the parcel pick-up station or InPost partner point of your choice – delivery time: 1-2 business days – PLN 10.90;
          • Personal collection - you can collect your order personally at the ANIMALKINGDOM workshop at ul. Piotrkowska 147/11 in Łódź within the opening hours of our workshop (the current workshop opening hours can be found in the CONTACT – CONTACT DETAILS tab).


We offer free shipping within Poland on orders over PLN 400.

We also send our products abroad; available shipment methods are:

  • registered international mail - service operated by Poczta Polska – delivery time: 3-14 business days – PLN 19.90;

Customs duty may apply to international parcels. The ordering person will be required to pay customs duty when collecting the parcel.

When the order is ready to be sent, you will receive information to the email address you provided when placing the order that your order is waiting to be picked up by the courier.

To the parcel delivery time, you need to add the order completion time (1-14 business days) that you can see on the product sheet.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    You have 14 days (from the receipt of the parcel or making the purchase at our workshop in Łódź) to return or exchange new, unworn jewellery. You can exchange or return jewellery in its original packaging with a proof of purchase.

    If you would like to return or exchange a product, write to [email protected] You will receive detailed return/exchange instructions and a form that needs to be attached to the jewellery return parcel.

    We will be happy to answer all your questions and doubts relating to the return or exchange process.

    The return/exchange processing time is 14 days from the day we receive your return parcel.

    The following goods are NON-RETURNABLE: engraved jewellery, rings made to your size and custom-made jewellery.

    COMPLAINTS

    If you would like to file a complaint, send jewellery with a complaint form and a proof of purchase to the following address:

    You can also send us a message to: [email protected] with a picture of the defective jewellery along with a description of the problem. This will facilitate the complaint process and help us find a solution that is right for you. You will receive a form that needs to be attached to the parcel with the defective jewellery.

    We do not accept parcels sent with the cash on delivery option.

    JEWELLERY RESTORATION

    If your jewellery is damaged or requires polishing or gold-plating, we will be happy to take care of it.

    The cost of complete jewellery restoration that includes polishing, gold-plating, replacement of parts and charm with new ones amounts to 25% of the price of a new product. If your jewellery requires minor restoration, contact us and we will quote it individually.

    Write to us at: [email protected], [email protected], attach a photo of your jewellery and describe what your expectations are. In response, we will send you all the necessary information, a quote for the repair and a form that you need to attach to the parcel.

    A repair takes 4-10 business days (+ delivery time).

    Warranty repairs are carried out free of charge.

    Gift wrap

    As a standard, our jewellery is packed in a powder pink box with a golden embossed logo of ANIMALKINGDOM.

    Does your gift require special treatment? An additional gift wrap can be added in the cart for selected products.

    A gift wrap includes: a unique bag with a ribbon and a wish card.

    When adding a gift wrap to selected products, attach your wishes that we will write by hand on a dedicated card.

    If you do not enter your wishes in the respective field – we will attach an empty card for you to write it out yourself.

    The cost of a gift wrap together with a wish card is PLN 19.90.

    We can also send your order directly to the person you want to give the gift to.

    In order to do that, you need to select the option “This order is a gift – please send a scan of the receipt to my email” in your cart when placing an order and the delivery address should be the address of the person you want to send your gift to – this way the jewellery will travel directly to that person.

    JEWELLERY SIZES

    We believe that properly selected jewellery size is a key factor that determines its wearing comfort. Make sure the jewellery you buy for yourself or your loved one will suit perfectly.

    NECKLACES

    Our necklaces are usually available in the following lengths: 40, 45, 50 and 60 cm. You can find sizes available for a particular model in the product sheet. Choker necklaces are available in the length 35 cm + 5 cm adjustment.

    BRACELETS

    Well selected bracelet size can considerably increase its wearing comfort.

    Measure your wrist girth using a tape measure. Wrap it close to the skin (not too tight but without unnecessary clearance) and read the result – this value is your wrist girth that will guide you through the choice of the proper size.

    Do not add any extra length to the result, we will do it for you!

    Most bracelets have an extension that allows you to adjust the size by 1 cm.

    Available bracelet sizes:

    • XXS (12 cm)
    • XS (13 cm)
    • S (14 cm)
    • M (15 cm)
    • L (16 cm)
    • XL (17 cm)
    • XXL (18 cm)

    * The value in the brackets is the wrist girth.

    If your wrist girth is, for example, 14.5 cm – we suggest you choose the smaller size (due to the additional adjustment), i.e. S (14 cm).

    Do you want to buy bracelet as a gift and don’t know the wrist girth of the person? We’ll be happy to help you choose the right size!

    • The usually chosen and most universal size is M (15 cm).
    • Slim, short, slight physique: XS (13 cm) / S (14 cm)
    • Standard physique: M (15 cm) / L (16 cm)
    • More heavyset physique: XL (17 cm)

    If you are buying a bracelet for a child:

    • Children up to 8 years old: XXS (12 cm) / XS (13 cm)
    • Children up to 11 years old: XS (13 cm) / S (14 cm)
    • Children over 12 years old: S (14 cm) / M (15 cm)

    RING

    For ring sizes, we use the standard jeweller ring size scale.



    Our rings are custom-made. What does that mean?
    When an order is placed with our store, we send it directly to our jeweller. The ring you have ordered is made especially for you to the size you have chosen.

    Because rings are custom-made, they are non-returnable!!

    ENGRAVING

    Personalise your jewellery, adding a unique engraving.

    An engraving can be added to the jewellery model of your choice* when placing an order. Choose the respective option on the product sheet (you can find it above the jewellery size) and enter its content. Confirm the engraving by clicking Add Engraving.

    An engraving costs PLN 20.

    An element intended for engraving is the back of our label (this does not apply to the My Zodiac and Universe collections where an engraving is made on the back of the medallion). An engraving can be max. 12 characters long. We can add a special character to the engraving, such as heart or infinity symbol. If you would like to add such a character, tell us about it** in the ORDER NOTES field in the cart.

    Adding an engraving does not extend the completion time.

    Jewellery with an engraving is personalised, which means it is non-returnable.

    *The engraving option is available only for certain bracelets and necklaces.
    **Examples: Please add a heart symbol at the end of the engraving. Please add special characters. Engraving content: K infinity symbol M heart.

    CARE

    Proper care will help you keep your jewellery in good condition. It will delay and protect it against processes that affect soft metals.

    A natural process that affects silver jewellery is oxidation (the surface becomes dark and dull), while for gold-plated jewellery, its gold surface may wear down over time. How to care for jewellery?

    • protect your jewellery from water, chemicals and detergents;
    • do not use perfumes or deodorants where the jewellery contacts the skin – this can cause discolouration;
    • take it off before a shower/bath, workout, sleeping or house chores because these activities expose your jewellery to damage, deformation or discolouration;
    • handle it with care and caution;
    • clean it using special, dedicated agents (liquids, cloths) that you can buy at a jeweller’s;
    • store it away from moisture in a soft box that we add to every order;
    • make sure you store every piece of jewellery separately – this way you will avoid entanglement and mechanical damage.

    JEWELLERY COMPOSITION

    You can check the composition of the jewellery you have chosen in the product sheet under its description. The ANIMALKINGDOM jewellery is made of 925 silver, 925 silver plated with 24 carat gold, or 14 carat gold (585 fineness).

    Charms are made of (depending on the model): 925 silver, polished stainless steel, 925 silver plated with 24 carat gold, polished brass plated with 24 carat gold, or 14 carat gold (585 fineness).

    Our jewellery does not contain nickel.

    The ANIMALKINGDOM jewellery is entirely handmade at our workshop in Łódź and at our partner jeweller’s shops in Łódź, while our collections contain only select premium-quality components.

    FAQ

    IS YOUR JEWELLERY GOLD or GOLD-PLATED?

    Most models we offer are made of 925 silver plated with 24 carat gold.

    You can check the composition of the jewellery you have chosen in the product sheet under its description.

    DOES YOUR JEWELLERY DARKEN OVER TIME?

    Unworn silver jewellery becomes darker due to oxidation; in order to prevent this, we encourage you to follow our tips in the CARE tab.
