Every order includes an Animal Kingdom Certificate of Authenticity, confirming the originality of your jewellery.
If your order is intended as a gift, you can add our gift packaging to selected products in your basket.

Delivery times vary depending on the piece you've chosen. You'll find the estimated lead time on each product page, including individual components that can be personalised and combined to create your own design.

Within Poland, we ship all orders with InPost and DHL. Once your order is ready, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days. You can also collect your order from our Animal Kingdom studio in Łódź. We offer complimentary delivery on all Polish orders over PLN 600.

We also ship to selected destinations across Europe and worldwide. Depending on the delivery country, we work with InPost, DPD and Global Express (Polish Post). Estimated delivery times range from 3 to 20 working days. Please refer to the table below for available destinations, shipping methods and estimated delivery times.

We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible - whether it's travelling just around the corner or to the other side of the world.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply. Any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Store your jewellery away from moisture, ideally in your Animal Kingdom box lined with soft foam to help protect it from scratches.

Store each piece separately to prevent tangling, scratches and everyday wear.

Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, hairspray and deodorants. We recommend putting on your jewellery as the final touch to your outfit.

Keep your jewellery away from detergents, household cleaning products and medicated creams, as these may affect the finish of the metal and gold plating.

Remove your jewellery before showering, sleeping, exercising or doing household chores to help prevent damage, distortion and loss of shine.

To refresh your jewellery, gently polish it with a soft jewellery polishing cloth. Gold plating is a natural surface finish that will gradually wear over time. The rate of wear depends on how often the piece is worn, how it is cared for and your skin's natural chemistry.

After your warranty period has ended, you can take advantage of our jewellery repair and restoration service. We believe jewellery should stay with you for years to come, which is why we carefully restore our pieces so they can continue to accompany you through life's most meaningful moments.
